Dear guests
In order to prevent guests and staffs from being infected with COVID-19,
our facility will be implementing the following countermeasures in response.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
<Request to Guests>
–We will take your temperature when you check in.
If a fever of 37.5°C or higher is observed,
we will refuse accommodation and access to the building, regardless of any reservations.
-We highly recommend practicing proper hand sanitation at all times.
–If you are experiencing a fever or cough, or if you are feeling unwell in any way, please inform the staff immediately.
<Our Measures to COVID-19>
–Hand sanitizer is now available in front of the reception lobby and elevator.
–Disinfectants are regularly used during cleaning, especially in locations frequented by large numbers of people.
–Air purifiers with humidification function have been installed in every guest room. Please feel free to use them (the air purifiers will be turned on after cleaning the guest rooms).
Also, electric fans are working in order to ventilate the reception lobby.
–Reception staffs will be wearing masks as a precautionary measure.
Also, acrylic transparent panels will be on the reception counter to prevent droplet/air infection.
-Staff commuting by public transportation will avoid rush hour to prevent being infected.
–Staff will take their temperature before leaving home and beginning working hours.
If a staff has a fever of 37.5°C or higher, the staff will refrain from commuting.
